How to use : hands/ feet  ..take out a size of a dime, gently rub in circles on handsome feet , taking time on the rough spots..  together for several minutes, rinse and pat dry 

In shower: it is recommended that you take about a tablespoons and put it in a separate container,  then take in shower or bath...after washing. Start at the top and work down, gently in circles, and taking several minutes..I turn off water and let it soak in and take my time at rough areas...rinse well, pat dry 

Be careful, it may make floor slippery
