This dry heel set is really really good!
This is the routine I use to heal my heels!
Wash feet , take about 2 tsp of scrub out of the jar .. rub in feet and heels for 2 min , more if really bad … let rest on feet
rinse off … try not to wipe!
Take a small amount of balm and rub in heel areas .. put feet in a clean cotton sock over night
it works !
Set comes with a scrub and a balm
